Legends of Le Mans was the theme of Rennsport Reunion V at the Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.  The main event square showcased three Le Mans legends: 1951 class winner 356 SL, Porsche first overall winner 917, and this year winner 919.  This 917-001 was from the Porsche museum, wearing the paint scheme of the 1970 winner.  Kenny and Cindy were fortunate to see the original winning chassis 917-023 at their earlier visit to Palmaz Vineyard in Napa. https://teamshum.com/2010/04/

To see the real 919 No 19, Kenny and Cindy headed to the garage where all other past winners were at display.

Here is another type of racing legend at the event: Mark Webber, former F1 and current WEC driver.

Other interesting cars on display included the LEGO 911, and baby race car alongside a 959 and Carrera GT.

Besides racing, there were also the 911 GTS Club Coup giveaway to one of the three lucky PCA members, poster signing by the Urban Outlaw Magnus Walker. The Saturday event ended with the pitlane concours, while the crew put together this Rolling Timeline at the track.  https://youtu.be/pKsHIwNzCiw
